The Opportunity

Marketing Advisors (MAs) across all regions were regularly tasked to create bespoke listing and brand marketing plans for customers. These regional marketing teams spent unnecessary time searching Google Drive, reaching out to colleagues for starting points, or piecing together templates across dozens of examples. 

Overall, marketing plan and strategy work represented nearly 15K requests per year; and MAs spend on average four hours on each.

The Solution

We created three templated plans for the top agent marketing needs.

To assist MAs in their production and delivery to agents we developed the first staff-facing tool: a new employee-only Agent Strategy channel in Marketing Center. 

There is now one central hub for MAs to find and collaborate on best-in-class marketing plan templates and strategy checklists they can customize in platform.
