Property branding designs help turn a $14M listing into $26M
A collaborative design process showcased the luxury narrative and incredible property details throughout the logo and collateral.
The Opportunity
The Spears teams came to our designers with the most expensive listing in the area at $26M—an increase of 1.8x from the $14M purchase just two years prior. The property featured incredible details: woodwork, arches, color choices—just to name a few. The challenge for our design team was to create branding elements that highlighted those features.
The Solution
Our designers crafted a variety of options, with each direction focusing on a different element of the home. The designs emphasized the narrative of a relaxing and exciting oasis, bringing in touches from the surrounding environment. The Spears team was thrilled to see the final direction capture the essence of the home across the logo, print, digital, and gift collateral.

A combination of bold type and the logomark’s structural arc echo the property’s distinct architectural features.
